  • We all experience loss and the heartache that goes with it. Loss can come in various forms, such as the death of a loved one, but also in ways such as the loss of a job, a dream, or a relationship. No matter the loss, feelings of grief are normal but can feel very overwhelming and difficult to manage. Grief Counseling specifically targets processing feelings of grief that can be expressed in numerous emotions more than just sadness, such as anxiety, depression, anger, fear, worry, and physical symptoms.

  • Experiencing the loss of a pregnancy or child can bring unimaginable pain and heartache. And this loss can often feel unrecognized or minimized by others. We specialize in grief counseling related to miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss.

  • Life is hard and messy and can sometimes feel very overwhelming. Individual therapy supports those seeking help with anxiety, depression, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum anxiety/depression, spiritual/faith/religious issues, relationship issues, stress, trauma, life adjustments, boundary-setting, self-esteem, and health and wellness. A holistic, strengths-based, insight-oriented approach is utilized, recognizing that a person is substantially more than the struggles or hurts for which they are seeking help.
